Nancy Cornforth
The library is pleased to welcome local artist Nancy Cornforth to the Community Art Exhibit.
Located in Owen Sound, Nancy Cornforth is a passionate artist dedicated to sharing the joy of creativity while pushing her own artistic boundaries. Through her work, classes, and community engagement, she not only brings beauty to the world, but also inspires others to embrace their own creative potential.
Primarily self-taught, Nancy has cultivated her unique style through passion, perseverance, and a deep-seated love of the arts. Her artistic journey began in her childhood where she often found solace in creating. Despite a lack of formal training, Nancy‘s commitment to her craft drove her to knowledge and skilled enhancement through various workshops and classes where she honed her techniques and explored various art forms. Nancy believes that art should be inclusive and that everyone should have the opportunity to explore their creativity.
Her mediums include: watercolour, acrylic and mixed media.
Nancy’s art will be displayed on the main level through the month of March.
