About the Bridge Survey
The Bridge survey collects direct feedback from users on their experiences with technology services from the Library. It helps assess service effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and understand users’ digital needs and preferences.
Members of the public are encouraged to share their thoughts on how they use the Library’s technology services, whether it’s accessing the Wi-Fi, using our 3D printer, or booking a tech appointment with a staff member.
- Participants must be 13 years of age or older
- Available in multiple languages (English, French, Chinese, Arabic, Punjabi, Spanish).
- Takes 3-5 minutes to complete
- Measures satisfaction and outcomes of library technology
- Anonymous and aggregated data
- AODA compliant
